The Department of Statistical Science also selected me for the Scheuren Award for outstanding performance on the theory exam.

    Summary: This paper synthesizes research on statistical text analysis, attention-based neural networks, and counterfactually augmented data for sentiment inference. It also reproduces computational results from an attention-based multiple-instance classification model.
